Product Specifications
The Quantum Cascade Laser (QCL) chip is housed in a sealed High Heat Load (HHL) encapsulation. It features a 2.5-13 µm AR-coated window and lens, with beam divergence under 6 mrad. Integrated with a thermo-electric cooler and NTC thermosensor, it requires a heatsink at 20°C with 0.1°C/W thermal resistance for optimal performance.
