Square Microlens Array
Product Specifications
Microlens arrays designed for Shack-Hartmann sensors feature small apertures for high spatial resolution in wavefront sensing. Made from fused silica or silicon, these arrays offer lens diameters ranging from 30 μm to 2.0 mm and customizable array dimensions. With an effective front focal length of 1 to 100 mm and wavefront error typically between 10 to 50 nm, they also come with AR coating options for UV, VIS, and NIR wavelengths on various surfaces.
