The X15213 series LCOS-SLM is a reflective pure phase Spatial Light Modulator using Liquid Crystal on Silicon technology. It offers high-power laser modulation (800 ± 50 nm) with precise, linear phase control and high diffraction efficiency. Easily controlled via PC using DVI, it ensures high light utilization efficiency and compensates for wavefront distortions.
